Edward Fisher

Edward Fisher has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare technology sector. Edward is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Children's National Hospital since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at MedStar Health from June 2016 to February 2022. In 2015, Edward owned and operated their own consulting firm, E.L. Fisher Consulting, LLC, which they ran until June 2017. Edward also worked as an Executive Director at Huntzinger in 2015. Edward has held Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) positions at Yale New Haven Health from 2009 to 2015, Norman Regional Health System from 2005 to 2009, and The William W. Backus Hospital from 2000 to 2005. Edward began their career as a Senior Analyst at Day & Zimmermann in 1984 and later became a Senior System Programmer at St. John's Regional Medical Center from 1986 to 1989. Edward also served as a Vice President at Superior Consultant Company from 1989 to 2000.
