Laahiri Chalasani

Laahiri Chalasani currently serves as the Director of Education and Operations at the Children's Science Center, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Laahiri was the Senior Manager of Programs at the National Girls Collaborative from April 2021 to April 2022 and held multiple roles over nearly eight years at the Children's Science Center, including Senior Manager Lab Experience and Education and Program Manager. Laahiri also acted as the Interim Director and Math Instructor at Eye Level Learning during 2016-2017, focusing on managing operations and fostering self-learning in students aged 4 to 15. Laahiri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from George Mason University and an Associate's Degree in Teacher Education from Northern Virginia Community College.
