Nicole Guishard

Nicole Guishard, MHSA, MPT, FACHE, has extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical process improvement. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Process Improvement & Outpatient Program Development at Children's Specialized Hospital since November 2014, Nicole has held various leadership roles, including Director of Clinical Process Improvement & Risk Management and Director of Regulatory Affairs & Risk Management, overseeing accreditation and licensure activities. Prior to this, specific roles include Regulatory Administrator & Senior Performance Improvement Specialist at NYU Langone Medical Center and Associate Director at the University of Michigan Health System. Nicole's educational background includes a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Rutgers University.
