Otr/L Paige Evans

Paige Evans, OTR/L, is a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist currently employed at Children's Therapy Connection since July 2022. Previously, Paige served as an Occupational Therapist at Chicago Occupational Therapy from June 2019 to June 2022 and held positions at HealthPRO Heritage as an Occupational Therapist in Home Health and Lead Occupational Therapist from March 2017 to May 2019. Paige earned a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University between 2014 and 2016 and a Fitness Specialist degree from Indiana University Bloomington from 2010 to 2014.
