Charmane Wong

Charmane Wong is the current Vice President of Human Resources at The Children's Village. Charmane has over fifteen years of experience working in Human Resources and has been with The Children's Village since March of 2022. Prior to their current position, Charmane was the Director of Human Resources at Birch Family Services from October 2015 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing HR transformation and guiding and managing the overall operation of human resources services, policies, and programs.

Before Birch Family Services, Charmane was the Director of Human Resources at Edwin Gould Services for Children & Families from October 2014 to October 2015. In this role, they managed HR transformation and guided and managed the overall operation of human resources services, policies, and programs.

Charmane has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from XYZ University.

Charmane Wong completed their undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications. Charmane then went on to complete their Juris Doctor at the West Virginia University College of Law.

A direct report to Charmane Wong is and Meagan Stone - Director of Human Resources. They work with Patty Small - VP, Immigration Services, Jamila Baucom - VP, Advancement, and Beth Enser - Director of Training. Their manager is Jeremy C. Kohomban, President & CEO.
