Louise Cox

Louise Cox is an experienced professional in customer service and client development, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Childrensalon since February 2022. Prior to this role, Louise worked at Harrods from April 2014 to February 2022, where positions included Commercial Insights Manager, responsible for commercial reporting and KPI development for the Private Shopping department, and Client Development Manager, managing elite sales teams for ultra-high net worth clients. Earlier experience includes roles at Coutts from August 2009 to April 2014, providing bespoke investment solutions and wealth management for affluent clients, as well as a position as Chief Cashier and Customer Advisor at Natwest. Louise holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography from Loughborough University, completed in 2008.
