Paulo Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paulo started their career as an Information Systems Consultant and Programmer at Rigor, Consultoria e Gestão S.A. in 1998. Paulo then worked as a Senior Consultant at Inforauto for a few months in 2003.
From 2003 to 2008, Paulo served as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Quiter Portugal - Serviços Informáticos, Lda. Paulo was responsible for system analysis, ERP/DMS training, and implementation for the automotive market.
In 2008, Paulo joined Quiter Group as a Project Manager. Paulo managed Quiter AutoWeb ERP/DMS implementation projects for the Portuguese, Angolan, and Brazilian automotive markets. Paulo also served as the technical manager for Quiter Brasil Soluções de Software Ltda. In addition, they worked as a Project Manager in the Spanish market for Stellantis and Jaguar/Land Rover OEMs, overseeing project management, information systems analysis and implementation, and networks analysis and implementation.
In recent years, Paulo has been involved in the crypto industry. Paulo became a Brand Ambassador for Crypto.com in 2019, where they supported the Portuguese and Spanish-speaking community on various social media platforms and attended events and conferences. Paulo also joined Crypto Plaza as a Digital Member, enabling him to collaborate with other crypto projects. Paulo co-founded Hard Fork Café in 2020, a YouTube channel dedicated to discussing cryptocurrencies in Portugal.
In 2021, Paulo joined Chiliz as a Chiliz Alliance Member, promoting meetups in their local area and providing advisory services. Paulo also became a Brand Ambassador for Yield App, where they continued to engage with the community and participate in events. Additionally, they took on the role of a CRO Chain Validator Operator in Crypto.org.

Paulo Santos obtained a Licentiate degree in Information Systems Management from Universidade Portucalense (UPT) between 1996 and 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Informatics with a specialization in Information Systems and Networks at Universidade do Porto from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Paulo Santos obtained a certification in Collaborative Environment from Tutellus in January 2015.
