Dave Beijer

Dave Beijer currently serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Chill since August 2023 and holds the position of Chairman at Procestechniek & Maintenance Limburg since February 2022. Previously, Dave Beijer was the Director of People & Culture at Fibrant from August 2015 to July 2023, also taking on the role of Business Partner for HR & Communications. Additional experience includes board membership at Chemelot Innovation and Learning Labs (CHILL), Stichting ODS, and HR roles at DSM and ManpowerGroup. Educational qualifications include certifications in Strength Coaching, Personal Training, management profiling, and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Development from the CIPD.
