Celea Irina has over 19 years of experience in procurement, currently serving as the Director of Procurement at CHIMCOMPLEX since December 2018, where responsibilities include managing procurement strategies for a wide range of raw materials and packaging, as well as overseeing sourcing and contract negotiations. Additional roles include Community Development Manager for the INDE MBA Alumni Association since May 2022 and SPP Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge since April 2021. Previous experience includes significant positions at Oltchim S.A., culminating as Head of Procurement Office, where Celea managed procurement for raw materials and developed long-term strategies for supply chain optimization. Educational credentials comprise a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bucharest, multiple degrees in engineering, business administration, and international business from various prestigious institutions, showcasing a strong multidisciplinary background.
