Dakota Betts

Dakota Betts currently serves as the Head of Employer & Corporate Brand at Chime, having progressed through various roles including Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager, Talent Operations & Employer Brand Manager, and Lead Recruiting Coordinator since February 2019. Prior to this, Dakota held the position of Relationship Manager at Turnitin from April 2018 to February 2019 and worked at the YMCA of Silicon Valley in multiple roles from February 2016 to April 2018, culminating as the Senior Membership Director of Member, Teen & Family Programs. Earlier experience includes positions at the La Crosse Area Family YMCA and Mobile Life, Inc. Dakota Betts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Viterbo University.
