Nikita Jain

Nikita Jain is an experienced professional in risk management and partnership operations, currently serving as Network Partnerships & Operations at Chime since November 2021. At Chime, Nikita manages external risk partnerships and oversees comprehensive relationships with networks and vendors. Prior experience includes roles at Stripe, where responsibilities spanned collaboration with partner banks to enhance risk compliance and program management for emerging risks related to new products. Prior to that, at Facebook, Nikita contributed to the launch of user support products and operational efficiency initiatives within trust and safety frameworks. Nikita also has a foundational background in media relations and corporate sector management through involvement with AIESEC. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Management Studies from Osmania University, obtained in 2011.
