Rachel Kemmerle M.ed.

Rachel Kemmerle, M.Ed., currently serves as Intake & Portfolio Manager at Chime, having previously held various management roles at Rothy's and Uber, where significant contributions to customer experience, training, and operational efficiency were made. Rachel led teams in improving key performance indicators, implementing robust training frameworks, and enhancing compliance through project management systems. An extensive background in learning and development is complemented by experience in disability access consulting, where individualized support and accommodations for students with disabilities were provided. Rachel holds a Master of Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware, specializing in Human Services with minors in Disabilities Studies and Political Science.
