Satya Palani

Satya Palani is a Senior Director of Engineering at Chime since August 2020, leading the Engineering Services organization, which encompasses Infrastructure, Platform Development, Application Frameworks, Developer Experience, FinOps, and Quality teams, alongside serving as the interim leader in the Data organization. Prior to Chime, Satya held the position of Director of Engineering at Sysdig, managing Infrastructure Engineering and Site Operations teams to ensure SaaS platform performance across multiple cloud providers. At Hired, Inc., Satya served as the Head of Technical Operations, overseeing global cloud infrastructure and service uptime. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at Ticketmaster, where responsibilities ranged from managing Systems Engineering to directing Engineering for global payment processing and ticket inventory services. Early career stages included managerial and administrative positions at various tech companies, starting from Systems Administrator roles in the mid-1990s.
