Tommy Yh Kim

Tommy Yh Kim is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure and DevOps. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Chime since September 2021, Tommy previously held a similar role at Electronic Arts, where Tommy led infrastructure initiatives for the Metagame platform and facilitated collaboration across internal studios. Prior experience at Samsung Electronics included managing a high-volume Data Platform and building a centralized logging platform, demonstrating Tommy's expertise in cloud operations and optimization, including a substantial reduction in AWS costs and latency. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Simon Fraser University and additional education from Korea University.
