Xiaomeng Wu

Xiaomeng Wu is an Associate Professor at China Agricultural University since March 2017, specializing in food science. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Applications Expert at Sealed Air Corporation from January 2015 to September 2016, focusing on food packaging and hygiene product development. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Georgia from August 2009 to August 2014, Xiaomeng Wu contributed to various research projects. Additionally, as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Dinho Online Supermarket LLC, Xiaomeng Wu successfully established the first online grocery store in the region and expanded operations within a year. Previous roles also include an internship as a Research Scientist at CapitalBio and a Lab Technician position at Purdue University. Xiaomeng Wu holds a PhD in Food Science from the University of Georgia and dual bachelor's degrees in Food Science and Food Science and Engineering from Purdue University and China Agricultural University, respectively.
