Philip James Roberts

Philip James Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Philip James is currently the Head of Business Transformation and Lean at China Aircraft Services Limited (CASL), where they are responsible for analyzing business requirements and implementing process improvements. Prior to this, they founded Six Sigma Strategies, a company that provides lean six sigma training and support to industries on their operational excellence journey. Philip James also worked as a Senior Engineer at WIT Consulting, contracted to Morgan Stanley, where they supported technology requirements and integration projects.

In the aviation industry, Roberts has held various managerial roles at Metrojet Limited, including Operations Manager, Manager of Shared Services, and Interim General Manager. Philip James was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing operational delivery, and implementing maintenance and logistics processes. Additionally, they worked at Marshall Aviation Services as a Group Leader and at Beechcraft as a Senior Team Leader, where they managed teams, handled project management, and estimated costs.

Roberts also has a background in the British Army and UK Ministry of Defence, where they served as a Regular Reservist and held roles focused on specialized training and development, combined arms training, and multinational engineering brigade.

Throughout their career, Roberts has demonstrated expertise in business transformation, lean methodology, project management, and team leadership.

Philip James Roberts has a diverse education history. In 1995, they completed their GCSE at Darland High School. In 2000, they obtained the NVQ Level 3 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Communication from Coleg Cambria. The following year, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Technologies & Telecoms at the Royal School of Military Engineering. In 2022, Philip James Roberts attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership from the International MBA Institute.
