Richard Ruis

Richard Ruis has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Block Leader Compartment and supporting the Innovation Team at CEVT since December 2016. Prior roles include Lead Engineer for IP and Console at GEELY and Launch Manager for Exterior at Qoros Auto, where responsibilities included overseeing production issues and liaising with suppliers to enhance component quality. Ruis also has a background as a Design Engineer at Nissan Technical Centre Europe and Honda RDEU, focusing on interior components, and has provided technical supervision for interior design at FujianDaimler. Prior to these positions, Ruis worked for Mercedes-AMG and other prominent automotive companies, showcasing a strong skill set in design engineering, production management, and innovation within the automotive sector.
