Junfeng Zhang

Junfeng (James) Zhang is an experienced finance and legal professional with extensive expertise in private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Director at China Investment Corporation since June 2014, Zhang focuses on outbound M&A and fund investments. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Linklaters, where responsibilities involved both outbound and inbound M&A, and a tenure as Attorney at Hogan & Hartson, concentrating on private equity, IPOs, and M&A.
