Shuang Jin

Shuang Jin, PhD in Finance, serves as the Global Economist and Vice President at China Investment Corporation since May 2021, focusing on global macro research and asset allocation across the US and Europe. Previously, Shuang Jin worked as an Economist at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority from 2019 to 2021, conducting research on macroeconomic policies and financial stability while supporting regulatory reviews and conferences. In 2019, Shuang Jin was a Research Analyst at the Bank for International Settlements, examining the impact of robot adoption on the labor market. Shuang Jin holds a PhD in Finance from HKUST Business School, an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, complemented by experience as a visiting scholar at NYU Stern School of Business.
