Tom Chan currently serves as a Manager at The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) since April 2013, focusing on Membership Liaison and Service. Additionally, Tom holds an alternative member position on the Organising Committee of the Social Enterprise Summit, contributing to a significant platform for social entrepreneurship and innovation in Hong Kong since March 2018. Tom is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Social Impact Analysts since September 2016 and was a member of Hong Kong Mensa from January 2017 to December 2019. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong between 2010 and 2013.
