Shweta Shetty has had a diverse work experience in the tech and media industry. Shweta is currently working at Chingari as the Head of Influencers & Alliance, a position they started in July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Alibaba Group as a Senior Business Development Manager from June 2019 to July 2020. Before Alibaba, they served as a Senior Business Development Manager at ByteDance from April 2018 to June 2019. Earlier in their career, Shweta worked at Culture Machine Media Pvt. Ltd, where they held various roles including Talent Management and Brand Solution, Talent Partnership & Growth, and Content Producer. Their tenure at Culture Machine lasted from June 2015 to March 2018.

From 2012 to 2015, Shweta Shetty attended Mary Immaculate Girls High School where they pursued a degree in BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media) with a focus on Advertising.
