Surachana Chettri has work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career as a Front Office Trainee at Taj Gateway Damdama gurgaon in April 2014, where they worked until October 2014. They then worked as a Reservations Executive at Room On Call from July 2015 to February 2020. In March 2020, they joined Smartworks as a Community Executive and left in August 2020. From February 2021 to June 2022, they worked as a Content Moderator at ByteDance. Currently, they are working as a Content Moderator at Chingari since October 2022.

Surachana Chettri earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in English Language and Literature from Vinayaka Missions University, which they attended from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, in 2014, they completed a DB Tech program in Hotel Management at NFHSS. Additionally, from 2013 to 2014, Surachana Chettri pursued a Don Bosco Technical Institute degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management at Don Bosco Institute of Technology (D.B.I.T).
