Waseem Rana

Waseem Rana is an accomplished professional in the geoscience and petroleum industry with extensive experience in well planning and operations. Currently serving as Regional Manager Geoscience at Chinook Consulting Services since April 2013, Waseem has concurrently held the position of Managing Director at Five Star Petroleum since January 2007. Additionally, Waseem has played a key role as Director of Well Planning and Operations at Global Canadian Consulting Ltd. and has previously worked as an Advanced Geologist at Marathon Oil Corporation and as a Petroleum Geologist at PAIGE LTD. Waseem holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Victoria, a Master of Science from Chalmers University of Technology, and a Master of Science in Applied Geology from the University of the Punjab.
