Evan Kervella has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 when they founded the company Shorten, which developed an indoor localization application for supermarkets. In 2018, they worked as a Data Scientist at AT Internet, where they dealt with the challenges of processing data from various businesses and utilized time series classification and forecasting techniques. In 2019, Evan joined METRON as a Data Scientist, focusing on developing the core AI of the METRON Energy Intelligence platform and conducting data science analysis and modeling for clients. In 2020, they became a Co-founder and CEO of Chipiron, an Angel Investor at Core Biogenesis, and a member of the EF PA4 Cohort at Entrepreneur First.
Evan Kervella completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Lycée Camille Jullian where they studied mathematics, physics, chemistry, and philosophy. In 2014, they enrolled at Centrale Méditerranée and earned an Engineering degree with a focus on mathematics and computer sciences in 2018. Concurrently, in 2016, Evan pursued further studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Economics & Quantitative Finance. In 2017, they also pursued a Master of Science in mathematics and computer sciences at Aix-Marseille University, which they completed in 2018.
