Roger Theodoredis

Roger Theodoredis joined Chipotle as Chief Legal Officer in October 2018. Prior to joining Chipotle, he was General Secretary of Danone North America, with responsibility for legal, public affairs, communications, scientific affairs and corporate security. He previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The WhiteWave Foods Company until its acquisition by Danone, N.A. in April 2017, having been appointed as General Counsel of WhiteWave Foods in 2005. Prior to joining WhiteWave Foods, he served as Division General Counsel for Mead Johnson Nutritionals, a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb. His previous experience includes working at Chiquita Brands International in a number of legal roles, leading to Assistant General Counsel. He began his career at Drinker Biddle & Reath, a Philadelphia law firm, and holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University.
