Shelly Grange

Shelly Grange has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Shelly currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Chipotle Mexican Grill since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vans, a VF Company, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter. Shelly'sresponsibilities at Vans included leading a team, managing full lifecycle recruitment for corporate headquarters, partnering on diversity recruitment initiatives, expanding global talent selection processes, creating Covid response interview processes, and filling high volumes of requisitions. Before working at Vans, Shelly worked as a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager at M.E. Weaver & Associates, where they were responsible for recruiting top IT talent for Southern California employers.

Shelly Grange obtained their B.A in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Shelly also obtained several certifications. Shelly completed an Inclusive Hiring Workshop at ModelExpand in June 2021 and gained further expertise in inclusive hiring by obtaining a certification in the same field from ModelExpand in June 2023. In April 2021, they obtained a certification in Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessment Systems.
