Zach Laughman

Zach Laughman is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as Recruiting Manager and previously as Recruiting Analyst at Chipotle Mexican Grill since October 2018. Zach has supported over 400 restaurants with recruitment strategies and full cycle recruiting for salaried management and leadership roles, while also training and mentoring new hire recruiters. Additional competencies include coaching Field Recruiters, conducting training for hiring managers, and collaborating with HR Business Partners on talent planning strategy.
