Christian Guillermo

Christian Guillermo has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Tech Lead in Analytics Engineering at Chipper Cash since December 2023. Right before that, they worked as a Senior Data Analyst in Analytics Insights and Engineering at the same company. Prior to their analytics roles, they held the position of Product Manager at Chipper Cash, a Series-C fintech company aiming to solve financial inclusion in Africa. Christian also had an internship at Chipper Cash as an MBA Intern - Product Manager.

Before joining Chipper Cash, Christian worked at the Royal Class Group of Companies as a General Manager. During their tenure, they achieved significant results, including increased sales in the petroleum wholesale distribution business, expansion of the petroleum retail business, and strengthened partnerships with Petron Corp. Christian also led efforts towards ISO quality management certification and implemented GPS tracking devices on the company's trucks. Christian started their career at the Royal Class Group as a Management Trainee.

Christian Guillermo completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from Ateneo de Manila University in 2011. In 2009, they also studied at Burgundy School of Business (BSB) for their Master in Management I program. Christian Guillermo obtained their High School Diploma from Ateneo de Manila University in 2007.
