John Igbinosun

John Igbinosun has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Operations Team Lead at Chipper Cash starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Access Bank Plc, where they held various roles over the years. From March 2019 to July 2021, they were the Team Lead for Channels & Digital Banking Product Process Improvement and Quality Assurance. John also received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in the same field of study from the University of Benin, completed between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in areas such as card payment strategy, customer success management, community journalism, and database administration.
