Caitlin Madevu-Matson is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, currently serving as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead for the CHISU Program since January 2021. Previously, Caitlin held roles such as Senior M&E Advisor and M&E Advisor at JSI | John Snow, Inc. from April 2019, and Informatics and Data Use Manager as well as Strategic Information Specialist at ICAP at Columbia University from July 2013 to April 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Specialist and Operations Researcher at the Wits Reproductive Health and HIV Institute from October 2010 to December 2012, and as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, then Manager at Wits ECHO from October 2008 to September 2010. Caitlin began their career as a School and Community Resource Volunteer with the Peace Corps South Africa from August 2005 to September 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Harvard University.
