Kimberley Desjardins

Kimberley Desjardins is a highly experienced educator with a focus on art education, currently serving as a Faculty Lecturer at the University of Vermont since December 2016, where responsibilities include teaching courses, facilitating student internships, and planning relevant assignments. Desjardins has also contributed as a Teaching Artist for VSA Vermont, Inc. and the Vermont Arts Council, specializing in integrated arts education and Universal Design for Learning. Additional experience includes an Elementary Art Teacher position at Chittenden Central Supervisory Union, where Kimberley develops a standards-based curriculum and employs technology for communication. Desjardins's previous roles include teaching art at Burlington City Arts and serving as an Art Educator and para educator at Essex Middle School. Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from the University of Vermont.
