Kevin Alderfer

Kevin Alderfer has over 15 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Kevin currently serves as the CFO of CHL Systems, a $30M engineering and fabrication firm. In this role, they oversee corporate and operational finance, human resources, information technology, accounting, safety and risk management, and more. Prior to their current position, Kevin worked as a Vice President at Univest, where they provided business succession planning and managed $20M in wealth investments. Kevin also served as the Principal and CFO of ImageVision, a medical and insurance document management technology company. Additionally, Kevin has experience as a Financial Controller at THP, a residential developer, and as a Senior Manager at Baum, Smith and Clemens, CPAs, where they worked as an auditor, tax planner, and business consultant. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated a track record of success in scaling infrastructure, developing financial models, and implementing creative financial arrangements. Kevin holds licenses in series 6, 27, health insurance, and life insurance.

Kevin Alderfer attended Temple University from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1987, they attended Messiah University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Kevin obtained a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University, although the specific dates of this degree are not provided. Kevin Alderfer has also obtained several certifications, including the Chartered Global Management Accountant from AICPA in 2012 and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Pennsylvania in September 1991.
