Inès de la Plaza

Inès de la Plaza currently serves as Responsable développement RH et Communication at Chloride since December 2021, following a tenure as Chargée de développement RH et Communication. Previously, Inès worked at Vertiv from February 2018 to June 2022, focusing on development in human resources. Prior experience includes roles at Intrum France, where Inès managed training initiatives and HR reporting, as well as a position at the Ministère des Armées, supporting HR management and career development for military personnel. Inès's career began with experience in recruitment and training assistance at Emerson Network Power and Adecco Medical, complemented by a background in various customer-facing roles. Inès holds a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines et des Organisations from iaelyon School of Management, along with prior degrees in Economics and Management.
