With experience at companies like Chobani, The Food Group, and Pangea Foods/Bakoma S.A., Niel has held various leadership positions such as Chief Innovation Officer, Senior Vice President, and Director of Product Development. Niel holds a Master of Arts degree in Food Systems from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
