Ade Fashola Orhiere

Ade Fashola Orhiere has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ade started their career at Pfizer as a Global Senior Finance Business Partner, where they led financial aspects for the International Research Business Unit. Ade managed reporting, provided analysis and trends, and worked closely with the leadership team to reduce costs and maximize productivity.

After Pfizer, Ade worked at Royal Mail in various roles, including Senior Finance Transformation Manager and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Ade successfully implemented business improvement initiatives, addressed revenue leakage, and provided financial modeling and analysis.

Ade then joined SearchFlow as Finance Director, where they provided commercial and technical support to the Managing Director and leadership team. Ade was responsible for long-term planning, management reporting, working capital management, and business partnering for strategic performance reviews.

At Tes, Ade served as the Hiring Solutions - Interim Head of Finance. Ade transformed the finance team, implemented financial controls and procedures, and provided decision support and business partnering to the wider organization.

Ade also worked at International House London as a part-time interim FD and RTC as the Group Finance Director. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Finance Officer at Choice Support.

Ade Fashola Orhiere completed an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Botany from the University of Lagos. Ade Fashola Orhiere also pursued an ACCA degree in Accountancy. However, the start and end year for this degree are not provided.
