Lionel Bounoua has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Lionel currently serves as the Head of Promotion & Partnership for Choose Paris Region, where they are responsible for developing the region's offer, promoting its attractiveness, and supporting international companies. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of External Relations and Corporate Sponsorship at Fondation Mines-Télécom, supporting the institute in its training and research missions. Lionel has also worked as a Communication Strategy Consultant at Bureau 121 and as a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Citizen Press, where they advised clients on strategy and content development. In addition, Lionel held positions such as the Head of Strategic Partnerships/Pole Edutainment at TRACE and the Senior Partnership Manager at Viva Technology. Before that, they worked at Lagardère and Pitney Bowes Asterion in various sales and managerial roles. Lionel'sexpertise includes marketing, communication, business development, digital strategy, and advertising sales.
Lionel Bounoua has an Executive Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication, and Business Strategy from HEC Paris, which they completed from 2014 to 2015. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Public Affairs and Influence Strategy from Sciences Po. In 2015, Lionel attended a seminar at Stanford University on Social Psychology and Human Inference, led by Professor Lee Ross, co-founder of the Stanford Center on Conflict and Negotiation. Finally, from 1995 to 2000, they pursued a Master's degree in Modern History at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
