Mike Baldassare III

Mike Baldassare III has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2007 to 2016, they held positions at various companies, including Behavioral Health Company, San Cristobal TC, Lacrosse Unlimited, Design For Living Recovery Center, Syzygy Interactive Marketing, and Choozle. At Behavioral Health Company, they were promoted from Coordinator to Director of Marketing, where they made executive level decisions related to company sales and marketing directions. At San Cristobal TC, they were the Director of Web Development and redesigned the website and marketing materials, including a complete re-write of content to reflect program changes and re-branding. At Lacrosse Unlimited, they were the Assistant Manager and had day-to-day duties such as inventory management, staff training, opening/closing store, in-person sales, customer service, education, equipment fittings, and scheduling. At Design For Living Recovery Center, they acted in many roles, including Construction Project Manager, HR Director, Finance Director, Program Developer, IT Support Staff, Web Designer and Developer, Client Counselor, and Program Manager. At Syzygy Interactive Marketing, they were a Digital Marketing Consultant and handled all aspects of design and implementation process, such as UI/UX, Usability, SEO, Copy-writing, Market Research, Branding, Google Analytics/Webmaster Tools, AdWords, etc. At Choozle, they held various roles, such as Director, Product & Engineering Operations, Manager, Engineering Operations, Scrum Master | Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, and Platform Operations Engineer.

Mike Baldassare III obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems & Business Analytics from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2017, where they also received a SAP Recognition Award Certificate. In 2018, they received four Trading Academy Certified qualifications from The Trade Desk. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2020, they received a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance and a Scrum Master certification from Mountain Goat Software. In 2022, they obtained an Emerging Leader Ascent certification from Lead Belay.
