Prema Posner

Prema Posner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Prema is currently the Lead Yoga Teacher Trainer at Chopra since 2023. Prior to that, they owned their own business called "See Only Love" starting in 2014. Prema has also worked as a Yoga Teacher and as a Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in multiple yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Prenatal, and Kids Yoga. Before diving into the yoga industry, Prema worked as the National Marketing Director at The Art of Elysium, where they significantly contributed to the growth of the organization. Prema also has experience as an Executive Vice President at LA Dogworks and as the Director of Fashion and Celebrity Branding at People's Revolution. Prema began their career as the President/Owner of PB&J Public Relations.

Prema Posner attended Lycee Francais de New York from 1979 to 1992, where they obtained a Baccalaureat Degree in Languages and Philosophy. They then studied Theatre and Communication at Emerson College from 1992 to 1994 and pursued Communication and Media Studies at NYU Gallatin from 1994 to 1996.
