Ken Gillatt has extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality sector. Currently serving in an operations role at Chopstix Group since March 2023, Ken previously held the position of Head of Operations at Chozen Holdings Ltd from January 2008 to March 2023, overseeing multiple brands in London, including Chozen Noodle and Chow Asian Kitchen. Prior to this, Ken was the General Manager at Mongolian Barbeque from March 2003 to December 2007, managing a restaurant in Covent Garden known for its interactive dining experience. Ken's career in management began at Waverly Service Station, where responsibilities included overseeing a busy service station from January 2001 to February 2003. Education was completed at Glen High School from 1992 to 1996.
