Programme Manager - Worker Welfare at Chorus

Amneet Bindu Gill has a diverse work experience in various companies. From 2013 to the present, they have been working at Chorus NZ Limited, initially starting as a Provisioning Coordinator for Fiber and then progressing to roles such as Associate Delivery Specialist and Delivery Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Programme Manager - Worker Welfare.

Prior to that, Gill worked at Vodafone New Zealand in 2012 as a Support Specialist, where they provided technical support to both internal and external customers. Their responsibilities included fault management, technical support, and MAC's for all products and services.

From 2010 to 2012, Gill worked at 2degrees Mobile as a CCA, handling technical and billing queries for business customers. Amneet provided support on various technical issues such as internet usage on smartphones, mobile broadband, and installation and ongoing support for USB modems and WIFI routers. Additionally, they handled billing queries, complaints, and developed training modules for the business team.

Before joining 2degrees Mobile, Gill worked as a Telesales Consultant at Compass Communications Ltd in 2010. From 2006 to 2009, they served as an Assistant Manager at Abhishek Industries Ltd.

Amneet Bindu Gill completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business with a specialization in International Marketing from AIS St. Helens in Auckland, New Zealand, from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Punjab Technical University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Amneet also holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2019, and PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certifications from Prince2.
