Ezra Henry has extensive experience in customer experience design and capability development, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Ways of Working Partner and previously as a Senior Customer Experience Designer and Customer Experience Designer at Chorus NZ Limited since June 2021, Ezra has a solid background in the public sector from Inland Revenue NZ, where roles included Customer Experience Designer, Capabilty & Outcomes Specialist, and Capability Analyst/Advisor from November 2015 to June 2021. Earlier experiences also include positions at Inland Revenue NZ and the Earthquake Commission as a Case Collections Officer and Claims Advisor, respectively, as well as roles at The Lines Company Ltd as a Senior Credit Control Officer and Billing Coordinator.
