Rob Broadbridge has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Rob started their career in 1992 as the General Manager at The Paper House NZ, where they achieved sustained profitability in the top quartile of the industry. In 1997, they became the National Operations Manager at The Paper House Group, leading the merge of operations with Tomasetti Paper across Australia. From 2001 to 2005, Rob served as the General Manager at Essilor NZ, where they managed the company's P&L, delivering strong sales and profit growth. Rob then joined Nutech IT Supplies as the Business Unit Manager from 2005 to 2007, responsible for full P&L and focusing on business development. At Croxley Stationery Ltd. from 2007 to 2011, Rob held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager, leading a team of 40 and achieving strong growth while managing the integration of two business units. Rob then worked at Key Logistics Ltd as Executive Contracting from 2011 to 2012. Rob joined Chorus NZ Limited in 2012 and held several roles, including Commercial Manager, Account Director, and currently, the Head of Contract Management. In their current position, they are responsible for contract management of Chorus' contracts with government organizations. Additionally, Rob founded Caterpillar Kids Ltd in 2016 and serves as the Director.
Rob Broadbridge attended the Manukau Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a degree in Accounting. Later, from the years 2003 to 2005, they pursued a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration at The University of Auckland.
