Shaun Philp

Shaun Philp is the Chief People Officer at Chorus. Chorus is a company that takes pride in building and managing one of the world’s best open access internet networks.

Shaun has more than 20 years of human resources experience, including expertise in supporting leadership and culture transformation, innovation and business execution strategies. He is a seasoned senior executive having held senior leadership roles across both Australia and New Zealand.

Shaun has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, has graduated from executive management programmes at both Harvard Business School & London Business School and was one of five New Zealand based HR Directors, recently named in the 2020 HRD Global 100.
