Utsav Shah

Utsav Shah has worked as an ICT Support Engineer at Chorus NZ Limited since September 2016. In this role, they are responsible for tasks such as installation and configuration of network devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to customers. Prior to this, Utsav worked as a Network Engineer at Vins Infotech from April 2014 to May 2015, where they gained experience in data analysis, project management, and client communication. Utsav also served as a Legal Intern at Daffodils Info Knowledge Solutions from January 2014 to May 2014, where they worked on IT project management and developing an online portal.

Utsav Shah completed a Diploma in computing (specialization in networking) Level-7 from Ntec in 2015-2016. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2016, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Technology from Ganpat University, with a field of study in Computer Science. Additionally, Utsav Shah received certifications from the Institute Of IT Professionals NEW ZEALAND in September 2015, under the guidance of Paul Matthews, and from Oracle in June 2013, through the Oracle Development Program.
