Malcolm Frost

Malcolm Frost is the President of Malcolm Frost and Associates, LLC, specializing in executive consulting, leadership development, keynote speaking, and crisis management since June 2019. Concurrently, Malcolm serves as a Faculty Member and Senior Advisor at Thayer Leadership, focusing on leadership instruction for C-level executives. Additionally, Malcolm is a Board Member for AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc., Sandboxx, and the Virginia Department of Veterans Services, contributing expertise in governance and veteran advocacy. Malcolm also instructs transition courses for senior military officers through HigherEchelon, advises BeaverFit North America and Adyton PBC, and serves on the Board of Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, supporting educational opportunities for military families. Malcolm's educational background includes a BS in Human Resources Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and multiple degrees in Human Resources Development and Strategic Studies.
