Meghan Larsen's work experience begins in 2000 as a Banquet Server and Waitress at Bank Lane Bistro. Meghan then became an Assistant Manager, Waitress, and Bartender at San Pedro Cafe from 2001 to 2002. Following that, they worked as a Lead Server, Bartender, and Hostess at PEPITOS MEXICAN RESTAURANT from 2002 to 2003. From 1995 to 2005, Meghan served as a Waitress at Savories Bistro. In 2010, they joined Chowgirls Catering as a Senior Event Specialist and has since held various roles including Sales and Events Team Manager, Director of Sales and Events, and is currently the Hospitality & Sales Director.

Meghan Larsen began their education in 2000 at Lake Forest College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Art History, Criticism, and Conservation. Meghan completed their studies at Lake Forest College in 2001. In 2002, Meghan Larsen enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, majoring in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Meghan specialized in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager during their time at the university and graduated in 2010.
