Pamela Howell

Pamela Howell has a diverse work experience in the field of worship arts, communication, and practical theology. Pamela currently holds the position of Executive Director of Worship Arts & Communication at Christ Church since March 2020. Previously, they served as the Creative Communications Director at Willow Creek Crystal Lake from November 2013 to March 2020. Pamela also worked as the Administrative Dean of Practical Theology at Ministry Lab Network from June 2013 to September 2014. Prior to that, they were involved with Church Solutions Group as part of their Church Relations team from November 2010 to April 2013. Pamela also worked with Willow Creek Association as the Director of Content & Training from 2008 to 2010, and they began their career at Willow Creek Community Church in 1986 as the Director of New Community, where they played a key role in producing church services and events until April 2004.

Pamela Howell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Illinois State University in the years 1979 to 1982. Pamela then pursued their Master's degree in the same field at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1983 to 1985.
