Alicia Norman Ma, Ncc

Alicia Norman, MA, NCC, currently serves as a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor at Christian Counseling Associates of Western PA since November 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Crisis Clinician at UPMC from April 2016 to November 2017, and as a Counselor at Pyramid Healthcare Solutions from August 2015 to February 2016. Additionally, Alicia worked as a Counselor Assistant/Intern at Gaiser Addiction Center between January 2014 and March 2015. Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Regent University (2012-2015) and two Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Education from Liberty University (2008-2012).
