Karina Khokhlova is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the fragrance and cosmetics industries. As a Senior Marketing Manager at Parfums Christian Dior since May 2017, Karina leads the marketing strategy for both Women's and Men's Fragrances in the Russian market, overseeing budget management and category P&L. Prior to this role, Karina held multiple positions at New Avon, culminating as Senior Brand Manager for the Make-up category, where strategic insights drove successful category development.
