Ron Simko

Ron Simko is an experienced software development manager currently at Christian Healthcare Ministries since July 2023 and previously served as a software engineering manager at Hyland from January 2013 to September 2023. In this role, Ron led multi-national Agile teams focused on delivering high-quality ERP integration solutions while implementing Software Development Life Cycle best practices and enhancing test automation. Prior to Hyland, Ron held the position of senior applications systems programmer at Key Bank, where responsibilities included designing and testing banking system enhancements and performing requirements analysis. Ron began a career at Key Bank as an accounting specialist. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Finance and Economics from Baldwin Wallace University, completed between 1997 and 2001.
